Halloween (week)!

The Family at the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Carving Party.

Tyson and Momma just before leaving for the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Carving Party.

This year we attended our 2nd Annual Pumpkin Carving Party. It was at Brittany and Curtis' house. We had lots of fun, ate pizza, hung out and carved pumpkins. The skull and crossbones pumpkin is ours. Scott cleaned out all the nasty insides (I hate that part of pumpkin carving), and he traced the pattern onto the pumpkin. I carved it. I think it turned out great. Too bad it shriveled by day 2, and was a NASTY mess by day 5 (Halloween).

Tyson in his "This is my costume..." onesie that Aunt Heather mailed him as a Halloween treat. So cute!

Tyson crawling like a turtle.

What a CUTE face!

Walking like a big boy in his ADORABLE turtle costume.

Crashed after Trunk-o-Treat.

This year Tyson dressed as a Turtle. It was the cutest costume I saw all of Halloween. He looked great in it too. We went to our wards Trunk-o-Treat on Wednesday night (the 29th). Tyson LOVED all the kids. He was SO excited, his little legs were kicking and his arms were going crazy while he sat on my lap as we passed out candy. We then took him around the cars to get his own candy (no, we don't really give him candy, but we HAD to show him off!) Everyone thought he was super cute! By the end of Trunk-o-Treat, he was EXHAUSTED. He crashed on daddy's lap. He is not wearing his hat because he did not really like it.
On Halloween night, we got him all dressed up again, and took him to my parents' house. We sat outside and passed out candy for a bit, then we took him Trick-or-Treating up and down my parents' street. He was pretty tired by this point, so he was a little dazed. But, it was a lot of fun to show him off. After that, we went to the Saxey's house where we hung out, had some dinner and watched a movie. Halloween was lots of fun this year! I haven't taken down my decorations yet because I love them SO much. I'm ready to start my count down for next year!
